Tricia Robert is the senior director of the member engagement team, linking directors to NACD's corporate governance thought leadership, education offerings and experiences. Tricia works with her team to transform boards, collaborating with a multi-stakeholder group to provide opportunities for directors seeking innovative solutions to enable and accelerate change and growth in their boardrooms. Having begun her career as a relationship manager, she previously held roles at RH and Ralph Lauren. She holds a bachelor of science degree from John Carroll University and a master's degree in public administration from Florida Atlantic University.
