Cynthia Jamison currently chairs the board of Tractor Supply Co. and sits on the boards of Darden Restaurants, Office Depot, and BigLots. Over her almost 20-year board career, she has served on five CEO search committees, participated in four special committees, and led five special investigations. Before her full-time board service, Jamison served as managing partner of Tatum LLP's CFO Services practice and sat on the firm's operating committee. She is currently in her second year of a four-year term on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC), a group that advises and supports the FASB.

Jamison is also a frequent keynote speaker on chief financial officer and boardroom topics. She has been quoted as a financial/economic expert in Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, CFO Magazine, Agenda, and The Economist. She is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and was listed among the NACD D100 (2017).
