Vic Galanis is an Executive Vice President at Colliers International and a trusted real estate advisor to many of the Intermountain region's most prominent professional service firms, technology companies, industry-leading corporations, and public institutions. He specializes in headquarters and regional office projects, multi-location site selection, relocations, expansions, consolidations, acquisitions, and sale/leaseback transactions. Over the past five years, Vic has delivered more than $291 million in increased profitability for his clients through the strategic use of real estate. Before joining Colliers, Vic was a top-producing office broker at CBRE, earning recognition as one of the Southwest Region's leading producers in both 2016 and 2017. He was also named Utah's CCIM Specialty Broker of the Year in 2018.

Vic employs a strategic, multidisciplinary team approach, leveraging industry experts in workplace strategy, location and labor analytics, capital markets and project management to deliver comprehensive solutions for his clients. 

He is a member of SIOR, an elite global network of only 3,000 members, and was recognized in 2017 for completing the Largest Dollar Volume Member-to-Member Office Transaction within SIOR. Vic also serves on Colliers’ Tenant Advisory Council (TAC), a select group of 90 of the firm’s top tenant representation professionals worldwide.
