Eric Denning is an audit partner in KPMG’s Salt Lake City office. He has experience in auditing, accounting and financial reporting for both public and private companies of all sizes. Eric’s experience includes working with start-up companies, private family owned businesses, venture capital and hedge funds, initial public offerings, integrated audits of public companies, and large global accounts. He is a member of KPMG’s internal quality review team, KPMG national instructor, sampling specialist, and audit methodology resource. Eric is graduate of Brigham Young University. He is a member of both the AICPA and UACPA. Eric enjoys running and spending time with family. He also enjoys college sports and attending the theater.
