With over 25 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, Robert Davis is an established leader known for his strategic vision and technical expertise in large-scale municipal and civil infrastructure programs.

At GHD Inc., Davis currently serves as national market leader for major programs in the United States, where he is driving innovative solutions for clients in the transportation and water infrastructure, including leveraging real-time connected vehicle data and expanding GHD’s program management practice. His national leadership experience and cross-sector expertise position him as a key industry thought leader, shaping the future of infrastructure development in the United States.

Davis also serves as a director on the GHD Foundation board, a nonprofit born out of GHD Inc. that works to provide better access to STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) education and employment for underrepresented populations. Over his career, Davis has worked to increase diversity in the workplace and aims to cultivate talent across the social spectrum to bridge the gap for underrepresented individuals pursuing education and careers in STEM fields.

Prior to his current role, Davis was the general manager of GHD’s US mid-con region, shaping market expansion and infrastructure resilience strategies. His prior executive roles in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry refined his expertise in program management, asset prioritization, and large-scale infrastructure development.

Davis holds a master of business administration from the University of California, Irvine and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from San Diego State University. He is a licensed civil engineer in California, bringing a unique blend of engineering, business acumen, and program leadership.
