Mark Mundey has over 25 years of compensation experience, including 20 years as a compensation consultant in the Houston office of Pearl Meyer. He has broad experience consulting with senior management and boards of directors on a variety of compensation and governance related matters across a wide range of industries, with particular focus on energy, AEC, healthcare, banking, and nonprofits.

Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Mundey worked in a human resources environment where he was responsible for general employment practices and regulatory compliance and later managed most areas of compensation including executive compensation, incentive design, broad-based employee pay, surveys and audits.

Mundey is a member of Houston Compensation and Benefits and WorldatWork, and he is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). Mark also a member of the NACD Texas TriCities Chapter Partner Council.
