He has ample experience serving private and publicly traded corporations and partnerships in the energy, technology, and services industries.

Smith has significant experience with complex accounting and financial reporting issues as well as capital market activities, including debt and equity offerings, mergers, and acquisitions. He has also served clients in renewable energy, manufacturing, waste remediation and aerospace industries.

Smith is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
