Will Herman is the managing partner of Deloitte’s Atlanta & Birmingham practices,
where he leads more than 4,200 professionals & sets the strategy for growth,
business development and social impact across the region.

With over 30 years of public accounting experience, Herman has provided trusted
guidance to large, complex organizations in the real estate, hospitality & technology sectors. He previously served as partner-in-charge of Deloitte’s audit & assurance practices in both cities.

A proud University of Georgia alumnus, Herman & his wife recently completed their terms as co-chairs of its Parents Leadership Council, raising over $1.5 million this academic year to support student-led programs & organizations.

His dedication to community extends beyond the university; he serves on the boards of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce & the Atlanta Area Council of Scouting America & is an active member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta. Under his leadership, Deloitte made a significant community impact last year, contributing nearly 28,000 volunteer hours & $2.93 million to local organizations.
