Tracy Davidson

Keynote Speaker & Leadership Facilitator

Tracy Davidson knows what it takes to stay steady when the ground is moving.

For four decades, the 15-time Emmy Award-winning journalist worked in live television, where the pressure was constant, the stakes were public, and the plan could change thirty seconds before air. As one of Philadelphia’s most trusted voices at NBC10, she held power accountable, advocated for consumers, and built a career on getting it right in real time, because she believes information given freely is a form of service.

In November 2025, she left the anchor desk. She now teaches the skills that kept her steady in that chair for forty years.

Tracy is a keynote speaker and executive coach who helps high-achieving women build the inner steadiness to navigate pressure, change, and uncertainty without burning out or losing themselves in the process. Through honest storytelling and practical tools, including her Next Level Resilience framework and the Time Truth Audit, she makes the case that resilience is not a personality trait or a matter of pushing through. It is a set of skills you can learn, practice, and return to when things shift.

Audiences leave with language to name the pressure they are carrying before it compounds, along with practical tools they can use immediately to reclaim their time, energy, and sense of self.

She is also the co-founder of Lifting Your Voice, an annual retreat where women spend a day doing the work most of them never make time for: naming what they are carrying, saying it out loud to people who understand, and leaving with something they actually intend to change.

Tracy has spoken in corporate boardrooms, at national conferences, on college campuses, and from the TEDx stage. She holds a master’s degree in Holistic Spirituality from Chestnut Hill College and a Religious Studies Certificate from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary. Her work has been recognized with the Silver Circle Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, a Lifetime Achievement Award, four honorary doctorates, and honors from organizations including the March of Dimes, United Way, and Women Organized Against Rape.
