Sarah Lodge Tally sits on the board and is a fifth-generation owner of her family’s business, Lodge Manufacturing Co. Lodge is a family-owned company that has been making cast-iron cookware in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, since 1896. She has served on the board since 2017, chairing the governance committee from 2018 to 2025. Tally is also a lawyer whose career has included representing not-for-profit hospitals across the state and serving as in-house counsel at a Fortune 250 health-care company.

She is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South and the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law. A native Nashvillian, Tally has served on the board of the Nashville Food Project, in numerous volunteer positions at the Harpeth Hall School, and on the vestry of Christ Church Cathedral. She and her husband live in Nashville with their two children and yellow lab.
