Sandra Gobert

Sandra Gobert holds a master degree in law and certificates in accounting, financial and tax law, and management. She has been a Guberna certified director since 2010 and executive director of Guberna since 2019. She completed Chapter Zero’s Directors Climate Journey in 2021.

An entrepreneur at heart, Gobert has been involved in the creation of several enterprises since 1991 and has held executive and nonexecutive mandates in various sectors. An expert in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and sustainability regulation, she has been a member of the Brussels’ Bar since 1992. She created Law Link EEIG (European Economic Interest Grouping) in 1998 as well as the law firm Sub Rosa Legal in 2006, which merged with Andersen in Belgium in 2024 where she became a partner and a member of the executive committee.

Since May 2019, she has been an independent director at Fluxys Belgium SA, where she is a member of the corporate governance and the nomination and remuneration committees. She sits on the board of the European Confederation of Directors Associations (ecoDa) and presides over ecoDa’s working group on environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG). She is a member of the advisory committee for The ESG Exchange and for Chapter Zero and a member of the board of the Corporate Governance Committee. As of 2025, she chairs the jury of the Belgian Sustainability Awards. She is a sought-after speaker, teaches corporate law and corporate governance in executive and nonexecutive education programs, and regularly publishes in legal journals and Belgian national media.
