Samantha Kappagoda

Samantha Kappagoda is a board director and technology strategist trusted for her expertise in AI and data governance, as well as capital markets in complex, regulated environments. Her experience as a data scientist, economist, investment professional and founder brings a distinctive perspective to board governance and the oversight of growth, transformation, and disruption.
Kappagoda serves as a director, nominating and governance committee chair, and audit committee member for the Credit Suisse Funds (now UBS). She also serves on the Governing Council Business Board at the University of Toronto.
