Ryo Kuroki is Senior Managing Director of New Listings and Capital Markets at Nasdaq. In his role, Ryo is responsible for maintaining relationships with private companies on the East Coast and serving as a trusted advisor for private companies as they evaluate the public markets. For over 15 years he has worked closely with C-Level executives to understand their goals and strategic priorities and align Nasdaq’s solutions to meet their outcomes.  

Prior to Nasdaq, Ryo worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at a boutique firm focused on the Life Sciences industry.
