Rudina Seseri is Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, leading the firm’s investments in AI-native enterprise SaaS, cloud, IT software, and vertical markets. Rudina has led investments and/or served on the Board of Directors for Reprise, Verusen, Basetwo, Asepha, Inrupt, Iris Finance, FeatureByte, Ship Angel, Flux, Telmai, Plannuh (acquired by Planful), Zylotech (acquired by Terminus), Celtra (acquired by STG), CrowdTwist (acquired by Oracle), and Navigant Consulting (acquired by Veritas), among others.

Rudina has over 20 years of experience investing and operating in high-growth companies in AI and frontier technology, IT software, cloud, and enterprise SaaS. Before venture capital, Rudina was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Development Group of the Microsoft Corporation, where she led a number of successful transactions and investments.

Rudina is also an Executive Fellow of the Harvard Business School (HBS). Her appointment followed four consecutive years of being chosen by the Dean of HBS to serve as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence for the business school. Furthermore, Rudina was a member of the inaugural group of Rock Venture Capital Partners at HBS, and she was appointed to the Board of Directors of the New England Venture Capital Association. She is also a Connection Science Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), serves on the Board of Directors for M&T Bank and MSC Industrial Supply, and is on the Governor of Massachusetts’ Artificial Intelligence Strategic Task Force.

Rudina has received the 2024 Pinnacle Award for Achievement in Entrepreneurship from the Boston Chamber of Commerce, has been distinguished as a 2024 and 2025 Top Woman Early-Stage Investor on Business Insider’s Seed 40 list, and as a 2024 Tech Power Player 50 by the Boston Globe. She has earned recognition on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs List and as a Boston Business Journal Power 50: Newsmaker. Additionally, Business Insider named Rudina a Top VC investing in AI and Machine Learning as well as one of the Most Important VCs in Boston. Venture Capital Journal named Rudina a 2023 Women of Influence, Startup Boston named her its 2022 Investor of the Year, and Boston Business Journal included her as a 40-under-40 honoree for her professional accomplishments and community involvement.

Rudina graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College with a BA in Economics and International Relations and holds an MBA from HBS. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon honor societies.
