Patricia M. Bedient retired in 2016 as executive vice president and CFO of Weyerhaeuser Company. Her prior positions at Weyerhaeuser include senior vice president of finance and strategic planning and vice president of strategic planning. Previously, she was a managing partner with Arthur Andersen LLP. Bedient currently serves on several boards: she is the chair of Alaska Air Group; audit committee chair of Suncor; chair of the nominating, governance, and corporate responsibility committee of Park Hotels and Resorts; and a director of Overlake Hospital Medical Center and the Oregon State University Foundation.Her professional recognitions include being named one of the 25 Best CFOs in 2012 by The Wall Street Journal; a 2012 Woman of Influence by The Puget Sound Business Journal; and the 2019 Director of the Year by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Bedient holds the NACD Directorship Certification and CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight.
