Nikki Greenberg
Futurist
Nikki Greenberg is a futurist and multi-award-winning executive advisor dedicated to preparing organizations for a tech-enabled future. She helps leaders reimagine their businesses and align them with the increasingly digitized ways people live, work, and communicate.
Beginning her career as an architect and urban designer, Nikki combines visionary thinking with hands-on experience delivering bold initiatives. She has held leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies, and most recently was head of technology strategy for a global investment manager with a $70 billion portfolio.
A thought leader on future trends and technology, Nikki was awarded Top AI and Technology Speaker and Top Thought Leader Speaker at the 2025 Speaker Awards in London. She is also one of CIO View’s 5 Most Influential Women in Real Estate to Watch, a ULI Global Luminary, and a MIPIM Global PropTech Awards finalist.
Nikki is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Technology Council and previously served on ULI New York’s Real Estate Technology and Innovation Council. She is the founder and Global Ambassador of Women in PropTech, and sits on international advisory boards for PropTech Sweden, Bondi Innovation (Australia), and World Smart Cities Forum.
Nikki holds master’s degrees in international business and architecture from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. An Australian national, she lives in New York City and works across the United States, Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia.
