Mary Ann Czarcinski is a Benefits and Compensation professional with over 40 years of experience. After graduating from Lehigh University, she started her career as a Group Underwriter, later advancing to design and consult on Employee Benefit Programs in the Insurance and Pharmaceutical industries.

Mary Ann holds the designations Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) as well as several certifications in U.S. and International Benefits. She is a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) and past President of its Central New Jersey Chapter. She has also served on the Health & Welfare Benefits Subcommittee of the American Benefits Council and as an Adjunct Professor at St. John’s University’s College of Insurance.

While Mary Ann is still happy to consult on Benefits from time to time, she is now happily retired from full-time professional life.
