Linda K. Myers

Linda K. Myers is a nationally recognized corporate attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing private equity groups, major public and private companies, and commercial lending institutions. Until her retirement in 2022, she was a share partner at the international law firm Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, where she also served on the firm’s global executive management committee.
Linda currently serves as an independent director on several boards. At Gibraltar Industries, she is chair of the nominating, governance, and corporate social responsibility committee and serves on both the capital structure and asset management committee and the compensation and human capital committee. At LCI, she chairs the corporate governance, nominating, and sustainability committee while also serving on the risk committee and the strategy, acquisition, and capital deployment committee. She is chair of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit and compliance committee at Marex Group PLC. She also serves as chair of the board and chair of the executive committee for the National Philanthropic Trust.
In addition to these roles, Linda holds board positions with NACD, Kinzie Capital Partners, Chelsea Lighting, Arcs Healthcare, the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
