McDonald provides strategic guidance on ransomware remediation, enterprise security, and public policy to executives, legislators, and law enforcement. His affiliations include the FBI’s InfraGard, the Cyber Fraud Task Force of the US Secret Service’s Los Angeles Field Office, and High-Tech Crimes Investigations Association (now known as the High Technology Cyber Investigation Association).
