Julie Dill most recently served as the Chief Communications Officer for Spectra Energy Corp. (Spectra), which operated in three key areas of the natural gas industry: transmission and storage, distribution, and gathering and processing. from 2013 until completion of Spectra's merger with Enbridge, Inc. in February 2017. She previously served as the Group Vice President of Strategy for Spectra and the President and CEO of Spectra Energy Partners, LP from 2012 until 2013, and prior to that served as President of Union Gas Limited from 2007 until 2011.

Previously, Dill served in various financial and operational roles with Duke Energy, Duke Energy International and Shell Oil Company. She is a member of the Advisory Council for the College of Business and Economics at New Mexico State University and she sits on the Community Relations Committee for the Memorial Hermann Hospital Board.

Dill serves currently on the Board of Directors of Rayonier Advanced Materials, Sterling Infrastructure, Southern Star and Centuri Holdings. She served on the Board of Directors of Spectra Energy Partners from 2012 to February 2017.
