Jose Tomás is Chief Administrative Officer at TelevisaUnivision, the world’s leading Spanish-language media company. In this role, Tomás oversees operations in strategic functions, including human resources, communications, facilities and real estate as well as corporate health, safety and security.
An experienced operations and human resources executive, Tomás specializes in building high-performance corporate cultures and has successfully led business transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures for some of the world’s largest companies. He joined the company in July 2021 and was instrumental in driving the company’s organizational transformation following the merger between Univision and Televisa’s content business in January 2022.
Jose serves as an Independent Board Director for Driven Brands Inc., and on the Board of Directors of Panera Bread, and the LPGA Foundation.
