Jonathan Johnson currently serves as a member of the board of directors of The J.M. Smucker Co., where he serves on the people and compensation committee; Nursa, where he chairs the audit committee; and Bloom. He has served on the boards of numerous private for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations. Johnson is the former chairman and CEO of Overstock.com (now Beyond), where for over 21 years, he helped build the company from a small start-up to a company with approximately $3B in sales.
