Jonathan Johnson is the former Chairman and CEO of Overstock.com (now Beyond) (NYSE: BYON) where over 21+ years he helped build the company from a small start-up to a company with ~$3B in sales. Jonathan currently serves as a member of the board of directors of three companies: J.M. Smucker Co., Nursa, and Bloom. J.M. Smucker Co. (NYSE: SJM) is a leading marketing and manufacturer of CPG products, including the iconic Smucker’s, Jif, Folgers, Milk-Bone, and Hostess brands, where he serves as a member of the people and on the compensation committee. Nursa is a privately held healthcare staffing platform that connects nurses with facilities to find flexible, well-compensated per diem jobs and facilities fill shifts quickly, where he chairs the audit committee. Finally, Bloom is a privately held social-impact staffing company that works with top English-speaking talent from around the world. He has served on the boards of numerous private for-profit companies and non-profit organizations. He and his wife Courtney have been married for 37 years, have five adult sons and four granddaughters, and live in Holladay, Utah.
