Jodee Kozlak is Board Chair of C.H. Robinson, Lead Director of KB Home, and a Director of MGIC Investment where she Chairs its Business Transformation and Technology Committee. She has advised many public and private companies, and was appointed a Stanford Distinguished Career Institute Fellow for 2018-2019, founding KCP for private investing and consulting at that time.

Jodee’s career spans over 35 years focused on business strategy, human capital management and governance. She was EVP and CHRO at Target Corporation, as well as International General Counsel and trustee of the Target Foundation. Jodee was the first Global SVP of Alibaba working with its Chairman to help expand beyond China through both organic and M&A growth. Jodee started her career in the audit department of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and was a law partner in private practice before joining Target.
