Jessica Denecour
Independent Director, Pacific Gas and Electric Company
Since 2020, Jessica Denecour has been on the Board of Directors of PG&E Corporation (NYSE: PCG), one of the largest combined natural gas and electric energy companies in the United States, serving the northern two-thirds of California. She chairs the Sustainability and Governance Committee and is a member of the Safety and Nuclear Oversight Committee and the People and Compensation Committee.
From 2017 to 2020, she was on the Board of Directors for MobileIron (Nasdaq: MOBL), a software security company that provides unified endpoint management and a mobile-centric, zero-trust security platform at the enterprise level. Jessica was a member of the Audit Committee, and she chaired both the Cybersecurity Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Jessica served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Varian Medical Systems from January 2006 to September 2017. Prior to Varian, she worked for Agilent Technologies as VP of Enterprise Applications from April 2005 to December 2005 and as VP of Global Infrastructure from June 2000 until March 2005. Prior to Agilent, she worked for 18 years at Hewlett-Packard in increasing levels of responsibility.
She graduated with her B.S. in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and her M.S. in Cyber Security Leadership and Operations from the University of San Diego.
