Jenny Kobin is a seasoned corporate executive with 30 years of guiding management teams and boards on investor engagement, strategic messaging, capital markets strategy, and crisis communications - both in‑house and as a trusted external advisor.

Jenny brings broad, cross‑sector experience with a focus on advising high‑growth companies in healthcare, technology, and financial services. She has guided organizations through more than $3 billion in capital raises and has led communications teams at multiple public and private companies, including PSS World Medical, Inspire Pharmaceuticals, and SciQuest. Her earlier career included roles in investor relations at Bank of America and investment banking at J.C. Bradford & Co. 

A nationally recognized leader in the IR profession, Jenny has served on the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Board of Directors and was named a NIRI Fellow for her contributions to the profession. She earned her undergraduate business degree from the University of Virginia and her MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
