With decades of experience in consulting, corporate finance, and value-based management, Jeff is a recognized authority on M&A, capital allocation, and the life sciences industry. His prior roles include global vice chair, corporate finance, at EY and managing director at Houlihan Lokey.

Jeff has written for Corporate Board Member, Board Leadership, and the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance. He edited and co-authored The Stress Test Every Business Needs (John Wiley & Sons) and has been quoted in the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Deal, and Bloomberg.

Jeff earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in physics, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
