Jeanne Kwong Bickford is a trusted advisor with deep expertise in enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, AI and digital risk management, and corporate governance.  As a Managing Director and Senior Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), she supports financial services, technology, utility, and industrial goods companies on strengthening corporate governance and managing strategic and emerging risks.  With a focus on risk-informed decision-making, she supports CEOs, Chief Risk and Compliance Officers, and General Counsels to enhance organizational capabilities to meet evolving risk and regulatory environments while pursuing ambitious strategic agendas.

A recognized expert in Responsible AI and digital risk management, Jeanne has helped boards and executive leadership teams navigate AI governance, operational resilience, and data management issues as organizations embrace technology driven transformation.  As AI adoption accelerates, she brings practical experience integrating AI governance into corporate risk frameworks, enabling companies to innovate safely and responsibly.

Jeanne has previously held roles as the Managing Partner of BCG’s New York office and BCG’s North American head of the Risk and Compliance team.

A member of NACD, Jeanne has been serving on the National Board of the Girls Scouts of the USA over the past 11 years, including as an officer on the Executive Committee for 8 years.  She is currently First Vice President of the National Board and a member of the Audit Committee.
