Cabot's leadership guides the company's mission to make work faster, safer, and easier globally. Prior to this role, Cabot served as Vice President, Global Business Development and Director, Corporate Development at SIGI, focusing on expanding the company's international reach and strategic initiatives within the industrial machinery and equipment sector.
 
Earlier in his career, Cabot was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. This experience provided a strong foundation in corporate finance and strategic deal-making. Cabot also held leadership positions at CASE - Center for Social and Economic Research in Warsaw, Poland, serving as Vice President and Projects Officer. CASE is a leading research institution focused on in-depth analysis and publications on social and economic issues in central and eastern Europe and the European Union.

He holds a BA from Trinity College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
