Erin Ickes is a seasoned compliance and legal professional currently serving as Vice President of Legal & Compliance at American Textile Company, a Pittsburgh‑based leader in utility bedding solutions. In this role she leads the company’s legal strategy and compliance efforts across commercial contracting, product development and marketing, risk management, corporate governance, and all other aspects of the corporate portfolio.

Prior to this, Erin offered strategic legal counsel across multiple industries including healthcare tech, financial services, and natural gas, and began her legal career at a national law firm. Her deep experience in regulatory, legal, corporate, and industry-specific compliance issues, combined with her leadership in high‑growth, regulated environments, makes her an especially effective voice on embedding compliance within business operations.

Erin is also active in local community leadership, currently serving on the board of the Jefferson Regional Foundation in Southwestern Pennsylvania and as chairman of the board for Familylinks. She lives in West Homestead with her husband, where they stay busy renovating a home from the mid-1800s.
