Erik Hoover is SVP & General Counsel of DuPont. and  leads a global team responsible for managing all legal matters and oversees the Ethics and Compliance and Government Affairs functions.  

Prior to taking this role in 2019, Erik was General Counsel for the Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont where he oversaw all legal matters and previously served as Chief Compliance Officer as well as Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel for DuPont.

Before joining DuPont in 2007, he was an associate at Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia.

Erik earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Lehigh University and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law at Camden.
