Edna Morris is an accomplished executive and Board leader with more than 4 decades of experience across food, beverage, retail and manufacturing.

She currently serves as Chair of Tractor Supply Company (TSCO), where she has been a director since 2004 and previously chaired the Compensation and Human Capital Management Committee for 17 years.

Edna is CEO, Founder and Partner of Range Restaurant Group, operator of 2 CityRange restaurants in South Carolina.  She brings extensive public and private company Board experience including service with Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, (BAGL)  Cosi (COSI), Wild Wing Café, Backyard Burgers, P.F. Chang’s,  Black Box Intelligence. And Full Course.

Previously, Edna served as Managing Director of Axum Capital Partners, leading its restaurant practice, and as President of organizations including Red Lobster, James Beard Foundation and Quincy’s.  She spent 6 years as a Senior Advisor to Solomon Partners.  Edna was the founding President of Women’s Foodservice Forum and is widely recognized for advancing leadership development and mentoring future leaders.

Edna is a member of NACD and WCD where she chairs the Compensation and Human Capital Peer Exchange.  She has served on the Board of Culinary Institute of America and currently serves on the Board of End Poverty/Social Ventures Foundation.
