Donald Good is the Chief Information Security Officer of Everest. Before he joined Everest, Donald was Managing Director, Cybersecurity, Financial Services, Ernst & Young. He was also a Managing Director, Cybersecurity, at FTI Consulting. As a consultant, Donald led cyber-incident response, performed cyber advisory work, and served as an expert witness. Prior to consulting, Donald served as Head, Global Fraud Fusion and Intelligence, Citibank, where he led the Cyber Fraud Fusion Center and Internal Fraud. In 2016, Donald returned to the private sector after serving over 21 years as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his FBI career, he conducted hundreds of investigations and served in executive leadership positions, including Deputy Assistant Director (DAD), Cyber Division. As DAD, he had global responsibility for all cyber investigations, cyber-threat intelligence, consulted with the White House on cybersecurity matters, collaborated with the private sector, and worked globally with law enforcement partners to mitigate risk to the cyber threat.

Donald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from LaSalle University and a Master of Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. He received a Chief Information Security Officer Certification from Carnegie Mellon University, Heinz College, and three cybersecurity certifications from the SANS Institute.
