Denise Perlman is Chief Executive Officer of Aon’s Middle Market business in North America, where she leads a multidisciplinary team focused on helping midsize organizations navigate increasingly complex risk and people challenges. In this role, she is responsible for shaping and executing Aon’s strategy for the middle market segment, integrating Risk Capital and Human Capital solutions, and leveraging data and analytics to deliver innovative, scalable capabilities for clients.
With more than two decades of experience across brokerage, carrier, and client-development roles, Denise is widely recognized as a transformative leader in the insurance and risk management industry. Prior to joining Aon, she served as president of the national business insurance division at Marsh McLennan Agency, where she led growth, specialized industry practices, and the development of differentiated products and programs for small and mid-sized clients. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Markel and other organizations focused on middle market and specialty risks.
