Debra L. Caplan, MPA, currently serves as an Executive-in-Residence at The Forbes Funds where she advises and coaches nonprofit leaders in the areas of governance and leadership. She also serves as Principal, HobartHumphrey LLC, a consultancy in governance and nonprofit executive management. Ms. Caplan has had a longstanding career as a leader in healthcare having served in senior leadership roles at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Allegheny Health Network (AHN); and more recently in workforce development having served as Interim CEO of Partner4Work, a nonprofit that leads the workforce development system for the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. She has been a steadfast advocate for community health, workforce development and advancing women’s leadership.
