Dawn Zier is chair of Hain Celestial Group and former CEO of Nutrisystem. Her breadth of industry experiences spans health & wellness, CPG, fintech, food, media, direct-to-consumer, and hospitality. Zier also serves on the boards of Acorns and Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc., and previously chaired nominating and governance, compensation, and special committees on other boards. She also is a key advisor to Fortune 500 senior executives through her work with The ExCo Group LLC, a global firm of experienced CEOs and global business leaders who bring real-world experience to leadership development.
