Carol Lowe

Carol P. Lowe most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of FLIR Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:FLIR), a company with business in 32 countries that is a world leader in innovative sensing technologies. Carol joined FLIR in 2017 and had responsibility for Strategic Planning, M&A, Information Technology, Sales Operations, Global Indirect Procurement, Capital Expenditures, Investor Relations and all aspects of Finance. FLIR was acquired by Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) in May 2021 at a 40% premium as compared to FLIR’s 30-day VWAP and at more than a 70% premium following the new management team joining FLIR in 2017.  Carol previously served as Senior Vice President & CFO of Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE).

Carol spent 10 years at Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL), a diversified industrial serving a variety of end markets through a decentralized group of companies. During her time at Carlisle, Carol served in a variety of roles including Vice President & CFO. She also served as President for two of the Carlisle companies, Trail King Industries and Carlisle Food Service. Prior to joining Carlisle, Carol was with National Gypsum Company where she last held the role of Treasurer. Carol began her career at Ernst & Young LLP and is a licensed CPA.

Carol joined the board of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) in September 2021 and has served as a board member for EMCOR Group (NYSE:EME) since 2017.  She serves as audit committee chair for both Arrow and EMCOR.  Carol joined the board of Duravant where she also serves as audit committee chair in May 2023.  Duravant, a private portfolio company of The Carlyle Group and Warburg Pincus, manufactures innovative equipment and provides integrated solutions for the food processing, material handling and packaging industries. Carol joined the board of Novolex in 2021 and serves as chair of the audit committee.  Novolex, a private portfolio company of Apollo Global Management, is a leader in packaging innovation and sustainability that manufactures products in paper, plastic and sustainable materials for the food, retail, health and industrial markets. Carol was a member of the board of directors of Cytec Industries, Inc. (NYSE:CYT) for 8 years until its acquisition in 2015.

Carol is a member of the Board of Visitors of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and serves on the finance committee. She is a member of Women Corporate Directors and of C200, a global organization of women leaders focused on advancing women in business. Carol graduated from UNC Charlotte with a BS in Accounting and holds her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
