Beth Haddock is an independent board director and governance advisor with over 25 years of experience across financial services, fintech, and digital assets. She helps growth-stage and scaling companies navigate regulatory complexity, emerging technology risk, and global expansion.
Beth serves as an Independent Director at GMO-Z.com Trust Company, a NYDFS-regulated stablecoin issuer owned by GMO Internet Group, a publicly traded Japanese technology company. She chairs the Compliance Committee and sits on the Audit and Exam Committees. Through her firm, Warburton Advisers, she counsels companies on governance, regulatory strategy, and emerging technology challenges across global markets, including guiding companies through significant cybersecurity incidents and operational recovery. Her clients include the Stablecoin Standard, a London-based initiative operating across the UAE and Asia, as well as Grayscale, Robinhood Crypto, T. Rowe Price and the World Gold Council.
Beth chairs the Web3 Subcommittee of the NYC Bar Association's Digital Technologies and AI Task Force. She is the author of Triple Bottom-Line Compliance and the developer of a patented regulatory technology.
