Bart has over 38 years of progressive experience in internal audit co-sourcing, enterprise risk management, information technology audit and advisory services, AI governance and risk management, software development. He formerly served as a Managing Director and the Southwest Geography Leader for a National Risk Advisory Services practice.  He has served as Partner and Market Leader for the Southern California Region in Crowe’s Risk Consulting group, a Senior Vice President and No. American Practice Leader for the Enterprise Risk Identification and Assessment practice for Marsh Risk Consulting and has assumed leadership roles for Deloitte and Ernst & Young.

Bart has a proven track record and deep expertise in such areas as IT audit, enterprise risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and implementation, internal audit, business risk solutions, financial audit support, cybersecurity governance and compliance and controls, AI governance program and risk management advisory and audit, application controls and security, independent third-party reporting, I.T. process assessments, ERP reviews and assessments, and software development.
