Aron Ain served for 17 years as the CEO of Kronos and UKG. During his time as CEO, Glassdoor named Ain to its list of Top 100 CEOs on multiple occasions. Ain also authored the award-winning book, WorkInspired: How to Build an Organization Where Everyone Loves to Work. In the book, Ain challenges leaders to “walk the talk” and put people first, whether they oversee a team of five or an organization of 500,000.

Ain joined Kronos in 1979 and held a role in nearly every functional department until becoming CEO in 2005. In 2020, Ain helped lead the merger between Kronos Inc. and Ultimate Software to become UKG, where he served as the founding CEO. In 2021, UKG became the first merged entity to land on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list, debuting at number six.

Ain serves as a volunteer board member at his alma mater Hamilton College in Clinton, NY; Combined Jewish Philanthropies in Boston, MA; and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA.
