Alison Quirk

Independent Director

Alison A. Quirk is an experienced corporate director, senior advisor, and former C-suite executive with deep expertise in corporate governance, executive compensation, talent management, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational transformation. She currently serves on the boards of Clean Harbors Inc. (NYSE: CLH), where she chairs the Compensation Committee, and Janus Henderson Investors (NYSE/ASX: JHG), where she also serves as Compensation Committee Chair.

Previously, Alison served on the Board of Directors of Legg Mason Global Asset Management, where she chaired the Executive Compensation Committee and played a key role in overseeing the company’s strategic merger with Franklin Templeton. She also led the firm’s CEO succession planning efforts and served on several governance and finance-related committees. In addition, she served on the Independent Compliance Committee of Wynn Resorts, advising the board and senior management on regulatory and compliance matters.

Alison spent twelve years at State Street Corporation, where she served as Chief Human Resources and Citizenship Officer, reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the company’s Management Committee. Recognized as a trusted advisor and cultural architect, she led executive compensation, CEO succession planning, talent management, and large-scale global integration and transformation initiatives. Throughout her career, she has been known for helping organizations navigate complex business challenges while fostering strong leadership and organizational culture.

In addition to her corporate board service, Alison serves on the Finance and Nominating Committees of Bay Colony Golf Club and is Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees of Embrace Boston, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equity and social justice. She is widely respected for her strategic insight, governance expertise, and ability to advise boards and executive teams through periods of growth and change.
