Alfred F. Hurley has held senior management positions at leading financial institutions and has advised companies across a wide range of industries regarding the mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital-raising required to achieve their strategic objectives. Hurley most recently served as vice chairman of Emigrant Bancorp and Emigrant Bank, where he also chaired the credit and risk management committee and was the chief risk officer in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. Hurley previously served as the CEO of M. Safra & Co. and held numerous executive positions at Merrill Lynch. He also has public and private board experience. Hurley currently serves on the boards of Flutter Entertainment PLC, New Mountain Finance Corporation, TSI Holdings Inc., and Ligado Networks. He previously served on the boards of Stars Group, Inc. and Datasite.
