Katina Dorton is an experienced public company director. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fulcrum Therapeutics (Nasdaq: FULC), where she chairs the audit committee and serves on the compensation committee; the Board of Directors of TScan Therapeutics (Nasdaq: TCRX), where she chairs the audit committee and serves on the compensation committee; and the Board of Directors of US Ecology (Nasdaq: ECOL), where she serves on the audit committee. She is currently chief financial officer of Nodthera Inc.
