Shulagna Dasgupta is a senior managing director at Accenture, where she currently serves as vice chair of the Reinvention Council and as the office managing director for Northern California. Previously, she led Accenture’s talent and organization practice in the Americas.

She partners with C-level executives in the communications, media, software, and platform industries to architect bold business reinventions—ensuring work and talent evolve at the same time and pace as technology and artificial intelligence. She is committed to helping organizations predictably unlock value by focusing on talent, leadership, culture, change, and operating models.

Outside of work, Dasgupta is passionate about mental wellness, music, art, and food and is a proud mother of two sons. She is also a frequent writer and speaker on topics such as AI-powered transformation, human-centered leadership, and the future of work.

Dasgupta holds a master of business administration and an undergraduate degree in commerce and economics, both from India.
