Logan McDougal leads Egon Zehnder’s San Francisco and Palo Alto offices, where he is a trusted advisor to executives, clients, and boards. McDougal is also active across Egon Zehnder’s consumer and technology practice groups and helps lead the agrofood, marketing and sales, and alcohol beverage segments. He has extensive operating expertise across industries in both search and advisory services.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, McDougal was chief of staff for Google Workspace, where he was responsible for product operations and customer strategy, as well as director of global operations and training for the global Ads business. McDougal previously served as a senior executive at Mars Wrigley in the United States and Eastern Europe across general management, sales, operations, and supply chain roles. He started his career with deep services experience at both strategic consultancy Marakon Associates and investment banking firm NM Rothschild.

McDougal holds a master of business administration from the University of Chicago, a master of science from the London School of Economics, and a bachelor of arts from Williams College. Outside of work, McDougal enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well cooking, wine, cycling, and skiing, and he is a voracious reader.
