Adam Blaylock is a partner in the Americas financial accounting advisory services (FAAS) practice at Ernst & Young (EY) LLP. He serves as the FAAS technology, media and entertainment, and telecommunications (TMT) sector leader for the Americas and is the San Jose office managing partner.

Blaylock brings over two decades of experience serving high-growth, founder-led, and global technology companies—guiding them through complex accounting challenges, initial public offerings, special-purpose acquisition company transactions, and other capital markets milestones. As a former audit partner and now as the Americas FAAS TMT sector leader and San Jose office managing partner, he has been instrumental in strengthening EY’s market presence and client relationships in the Bay Area, the epicenter of the global innovation economy.
