Margot Carter is a seasoned public company lead director, nominating and governance committee chair, and compensation and audit committee member and has served as a C-suite executive for several multibillion dollar global NYSE and Nasdaq technology, real estate, and construction companies, including RP (Nasdaq), EXP (NYSE), and IBP (NYSE). She also serves on private boards, including the Freeman Company, the world’s largest brand experience business; and is president of Living Mountain Capital and cofounder of Cien, an artificial intelligence company for improving sales productivity. Carter serves on the executive committee of NACD North Texas and is active in her community.
