NACD New Jersey Chapter Elects Baba Bedi, Robin Doyle and Ken Dutcher to Board of Directors

Accomplished leaders bring deep expertise in financial oversight, cybersecurity, risk and corporate governance

September 2, 2025 – East Brunswick, New Jersey – The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) New Jersey Chapter today announced the election of three new directors, Baba Bedi, Robin Doyle and Ken Dutcher, to the chapter’s board of directors.

Their diverse perspectives and track records of excellence will strengthen our chapter’s mission to empower New Jersey directors and their boards to drive stakeholder value through high-quality education, exchange, and engagement.”

Baba Bedi

Baba Bedi is a seasoned risk-management executive with over 30 years of global experience spanning financial, health care, technology, retail, manufacturing, and media sectors. He brings deep technical expertise and strategic oversight to enterprise risk and cybersecurity governance, having built and led enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs, cyber risk-management frameworks, and anti-money-laundering (AML) programs. He currently serves as the information security and data privacy advisor for the Americas region at Hugo Boss Americas Region. Over the course of his career, he has held various C-suite and senior-level information security positions at Breakwater Solutions, CIBC US, American Stock Transfer and Trust LLC, and PwC.

Bedi currently serves as a director and chair of the enterprise risk committee for Digital Federal Credit Union, a $12 billion not-for-profit financial cooperative. Previously, he served as board member and sponsorship committee chair of ISCA NJ, a global non-profit organization focused on information technology governance, control, and assurance. An internationally respected thought leader, Bedi has spoken at numerous industry conferences and panels.

Bedi holds a master of computer applications from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and a bachelor of science from Punjabi University.

Robin Doyle

Robin Doyle is a seasoned board director and international financial services executive with over 30 years of experience, including 28 years at J.P. Morgan. As managing director in the firm’s Office of Regulatory Affairs, she led global regulatory and political advocacy efforts, shaping policies impacting international financial markets. She previously served as chief financial officer (CFO) for J.P. Morgan’s 4,000-person risk-management organization, advising senior leadership and the board on strategic and emerging risks.

Doyle currently serves on the board of National Bank Holdings Corp. (NYSE: NBHC), where she is a member of the audit and risk committee. Her board experience also includes serving as chair of the board for Dress for Success Central New Jersey and as a founding board member of the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (known as GLEIF), where she held leadership roles in audit, finance, and governance.

A certified public accountant and NACD Directorship Certified®, Doyle holds a master of business administration in finance and a bachelor of science in accounting from Rutgers University, where she remains actively involved in advancing women in business through mentorship and other programs at the university.

Ken Dutcher

Ken Dutcher is a seasoned board director and executive with deep financial, operational, and strategic expertise across the consumer, health care, and marketing sectors. With a proven track record in both public and private companies, Dutcher brings over three decades of leadership experience to the boardroom. He is a qualified financial expert and NACD Directorship Certified®. Throughout his career, Dutcher has held senior executive roles including CFO and executive vice president (EVP) of legal affairs at Propel Health, global CFO of Edelman, senior vice president and CFO of Euro RSCG North America, and EVP and CFO of McCann-Erickson North America. Earlier in his career, he held key financial leadership positions at Interpublic Group, Colgate-Palmolive, and Becton Dickinson.

Dutcher currently serves as a director and audit committee chair of Propel Health, a leading network of independent full-service health-care/pharmaceutical marketing agencies that create targeted medical strategies and content and deliver integrated promotional messages to health-care professionals and patients throughout the patient journey.

Dutcher holds a bachelor of arts from Saint Joseph’s University and a master of business administration from Pace University.
