John DePinto is a senior vice president at Alliance Advisors and has been working in the proxy solicitation and governance consulting industry since 2005. At Alliance Advisors, he has managed hundreds of successful campaigns dealing with major corporate issues such as mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests, shareholder activism and activist defense, executive compensation, capital structure changes, shareholder-sponsored proposals, and bank conversions.

DePinto’s clients range from mega cap to micro cap, including some of the most well-known public companies in the world.

DePinto is currently a member of the NACD New Jersey board of directors and is also an active member of the Society for Corporate Governance and the National Investor Relations Institute.
