Kevin is a growth-oriented business leader and professional consultant with over 40 years of experience advising corporate boards and C-suite executives of some of the largest financial institutions in the US.  Kevin used his expertise to help companies tackle their most challenging issues such as business strategy, global growth, organizational transformation, and risk management.

Kevin spent his entire 39 year career at Deloitte in a variety of national and international practice leadership roles, most recently as the firm’s Vice Chair and Regional Managing Partner for Deloitte in New England and the East Region of the US from 2018-2024.  During his career at Deloitte, Kevin served clients primarily in the financial services industry including the top three global investment management firms, many of the largest US banks and insurers, and some of the world's premier private equity firms.

Kevin has dedicated significant time to the development of board governance and diversifying boards, including leading Deloitte’s Boston-based Board Ready Women program which annually selects 25 senior executive women from the Boston business community and prepares them for public company board service.

In addition to his role as President of the NACD New England Chapter, Kevin currently serves on three other Boston area non-profit Boards including Embrace Boston, The Environmental League of Massachusetts and the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence.
